Leads

Build a lead list you are allowed to email

A short list of businesses with visible, public contact routes and a reason to write to each.

The steps

  1. 1

Choose the source before the list

Use public business pages: a directory, a map listing, a company's own contact page. Not scraped private data.

  2. 2

Record why each row is on the list

A source link and one line of context per row. If you cannot explain why, remove it.

  3. 3

    Prefer the route they publish

A contact form or a hello@ address on their own site beats a guessed personal address.

  4. 4

Check the list for dead links

Open each source link. Delete anything that does not resolve.

  5. 5

    Write the compliance line

How you will let people opt out, and where you record it. Do this before the first send.

The prompt to run

Runs as Do it for me

Build a short lead list for [offer] from public business pages in [area]. For every row give the business name, its public contact route, the source link and why it fits. No private data, no guessed emails, and tell me how to record opt-outs.

Edit the brackets before you run it. The AI researches the live web, shows a plan with real prices, and waits for your approval before anything changes.

You are done when

  • Every row has a source link that opens
  • No guessed or private addresses
  • An opt-out route is written down
